Coach Nick,
Nick’s fitness journey began over a decade ago with weightlifting, sparking a passion for discovering the limits of human potential. In 2021, he spent five and a half months thru-hiking the entire Appalachian Trail and, in the years that followed, completed multiple ultramarathons, a full Ironman, and most recently a 100 mile ultramarathon.
Alongside these personal achievements, Nick has dedicated himself to helping clients transform their lives through in home personal training. He has worked with individuals to lose weight, build muscle, improve endurance, and stay injury free, tailoring his approach to meet each person’s unique goals.
What sets Nick apart is his belief that fitness is more than just physical. It is a path to improving overall quality of life. In every session, he brings energy, passion, and a commitment to helping clients feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in their daily lives.

Personal Trainer
Coach Darius is a certified personal trainer who is passionate about helping clients build strength, improve their health, and gain confidence through consistent and effective training. With over three years of experience, he began his career in a gym setting where he led group fitness classes and worked one on one with personal training clients. That hands on experience has shaped his ability to work with individuals of all fitness levels, from beginners to those looking to take their training to the next level.
He specializes in strength training, weight loss, and functional fitness, focusing on movements that translate into real life strength and performance. Coach Darius places a strong emphasis on proper technique, ensuring that every exercise is performed safely and effectively. He believes that building a solid foundation is key to long term progress and injury prevention.
In addition to training, Coach Darius is committed to helping clients develop sustainable habits that fit their lifestyle. He understands that real results come from consistency over time, not quick fixes. His approach is centered on creating realistic, personalized plans that help clients stay motivated, build momentum, and achieve lasting, long term results both inside and outside of their workouts.

Coach Nic,
Coach Nic’s passion for strength training began over ten years ago and has grown into a commitment to helping others achieve their fitness goals. He enjoys working with newer lifters by taking away the uncertainty, building confidence, and designing programs that make training both effective and enjoyable. For experienced athletes, he focuses on fine-tuning form, nutrition, and advanced training techniques to help them break through plateaus and continue progressing.
In his own fitness journey, Nic continually strives for improvement, whether that means building strength, staying lean, or improving overall athletic performance. Most recently, he achieved 10 percent body fat while maintaining lean muscle, demonstrating the discipline and balance he brings to his training philosophy.
Nic believes that fitness is about more than results in the gym. It is about creating sustainable habits, finding enjoyment in the process, and building the consistency that leads to lasting change. With every client, he brings patience, motivation, and a passion for helping people discover routines that fit their lifestyle and support long term success.
